The Sanibel Community Association Partners with Beachview Tennis Club for 2nd Annual Tournament on Nov 14th and 15th🎾

The Sanibel Community Association (SCA, The Community House) is pleased to announce that it is once again teaming up with Beachview Tennis Club to host its second annual tennis tournament fundraising event. The 2nd Annual SCA Tennis Tournament will be held on Saturday, November 14, and Sunday, November 15, 2026, at Beachview Tennis Club (1101 Par View Drive, Sanibel).

There will be men’s doubles, women’s doubles, and mixed doubles at the 3.0, 3.5, and 4.0 levels ($100 for one day or $150 for combined days of play).

Community House Executive Director, Emily Ankerson, is thrilled about the second annual fundraiser, following the success of the inaugural event last year. “We are so lucky to have such a supportive community, and we are excited to continue this partnership to put on a fun event while raising funds for the Community House and its programs,” Ankerson said.

Ankerson, a tennis player herself, plans to participate in the tournament on a mixed doubles team with her husband, Sam Ankerson, Executive Director for the Bailey-Matthews National Shell Museum and Aquarium. There are other sponsorship levels available ranging from $150 all the way up to $7,500, for those who wish to show their support for the Community House and the event through sponsorship.
