Bat Yam Temple of the Islands Community Passover Seder

Bat Yam Temple of the Islands will host its Community Passover Seder on April 1 at 5 p.m. at The Community House, at 2173 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel.

Passover is the holiday that retells the Israelites’ deliverance from slavery in Egypt. Rabbi Sunny Schnitzer will talk about the essence of the day, which commemorates the Biblical story of Exodus.

The gathering is open to members and non-members.

The cost is $65 for adults and $30 for ages 5-17; children under age 5 are free.
