Be Red Cross Ready: Floods, hurricanes and wildfires are becoming more frequent and can be devastating to our loved ones, homes and communities. Hosted by The American Red Cross, this program is a national, standardized, free preparedness education curriculum for adults. The program is designed to help people understand, prepare for, and respond appropriately to disasters such as hurricanes.  Learn simple steps you can take now to help prepare and protect your family this hurricane season.

Hands Only CPR  is a free, easy to learn 30-minute presentation designed to teach individuals how to deliver the hands-only technique for CPR. Participants learn how to check for consciousness, call 911 and give continuous chest compressions. CPR training certification is not provided through this course.
