Step into a world where color, emotion, and movement merge. Outside the Lines “My Abstract Line of Sight” is an immersive art exhibition that features a dynamic collection of abstract works, inspired by the boundless beauty of Florida’s skies and the graceful presence of its birds. Through bold lines, expressive forms, and a kaleidoscope of color, each piece invites viewers to experience nature beyond the ordinary–where light, motion, and energy take on new, imaginative shapes. Outside the Lines captures the essence of Florida’s ever-changing horizon, from the soaring elegance of coastal birds to the ethereal glow of sunrises and sunsets.
Lacy has been a resident of Sanibel Island for 20 years. As an island artist, she is so grateful to be surrounded by the color, beauty, and inspiration that fill each moment. Everything in her environment influences the creative process … the colors she sees, the emotions she feels, and the sensory of every sensation that surrounds her. Even the people she comes in contact with … all of their richness and vibrancy are woven into the cloth that inspires her. Lacy strives to harness and blend these feelings and ideas allowing them to flow creatively from her free-spirited nature, which includes the various ways she splashes paint onto a canvas!
Lacy’s goal is to love life to the fullest, embrace each moment, recognize the importance of the unnoticed and express her visions in the most imaginative and inspirational ways possible.
