Anita Force Marshall
Anita, a local Sanibel artist, who is as vibrant and whimsy as her artwork, reflects a laid-back island style with a tropical flair. You can often find her creating art in Plein Air all around the island.
She began her study at the Pine Castle Art Center in Florida and later joined local known artists classes and workshops to further her techniques. Her love of the island facilitates creating unique watercolor palette while also adding funky collages.
Anita’s artwork is shown locally and on the Florida Watercolor Society on-line show. Her art creations can also be found in Sanibel’s Arts & Crafts Fair and at the Sanibel Community House where she teaches watercolor and shares her passion. She hopes to bring a smile your way with her whimsical point of view as she interprets the islands many treasures. “Living happily ever after” while expressing art with her husband, dancing and biking through Sanibel makes her emanate joy while expressing a vibrant spirit.
