Extreme Heat Presentation and CPR Training on August 5th

Join us at The Community House on Wednesday, August 5 from 1pm-2pm for an interactive presentation on Extreme Heat by a Red Cross representative.
This is a FREE presentation where you can learn the signs of heat stroke, learn how to prevent overheating, and learn what to do if you or someone around you is suffering from heat stroke or heat exhaustion.
American Red Cross is also offering FREE hands-only (noncertifiable) CPR training after the presentation is over for anybody who is interested and wants to stay for the training.
