Sanibel FlyFishers Club Meeting

The Sanibel FlyFishers will hold its next meeting of the season on Nov. 13 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at The Community House, at 2173 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel.

The guest speaker will be Capt. Ozzie Lessinger. There is a distinct seasonal rhythm to the fishery, and knowing where and how to fish in each season is a key to success. Lessinger will talk with member Bob Brooks about how he approaches snook and redfish fishing throughout the seasons. A fly fishing guide, Lessinger is the winner of the 2024 Captains for Clean Water’s Steward of the Year Award.

Pizza and soft drinks will be available.
