Join us for a Special Demonstration class, Window on Lake Como, is the inspiration for this special menu. This enchanted lake region of Italy has a distinct cuisine that is famous the world over and known as the exclusive playground for the rich and famous!

The Menu: Shrimp Cakes with Pepper Piperade; Spinach Salad, Pancetta Crisp, Strawberries with White Balsamic Vinaigrette; Pici Pasta with Wild Mushroom Sauce; Ossobuco with Gremolata Sauce; Soft Polenta; Opera Chocolate Cake with Almond Cream with Caramel Sauce.
