Cake Decorating & Techniques Class
A fun and engaging class where students learn cake-decorating techniques and must-have tools and equipment!
Students will learn cake decorating techniques such as:
• Methods of how to tort
• Ice with frosting
• Cover a cake with fondant
• Make embellishments
• Color with edible food dusts and food gels
• How to stack a tiered cake with dowels
• Sculpt a cake
All supplies are provided and students take home a 6-inch cake!
