These room rates are dependent on membership with our Community Association, the membership options are below:
Membership is for a fixed period, Nov. 1 through Oct. 31
- Individual - $50
- Family - $100
- Organization - $150
- Patron - $1,000 or higher
Our newly renovated, historic facility is available for members. Three large rooms accommodate many people, and the updated kitchen facilities are caterer friendly with both a large scale warmer and large refrigerator and freezer. Use of major kitchen appliances available at an hourly rate. Tables and chairs are provided. Linen service is available at a nominal rate, please inquire!
Our reasonable Shared Facility User rates are based on less than our cost of providing the facility for the time period required. Also included are set-up and break down services. Security deposit is required.
Available with the inside facility use are:
- 5' Round tables
- 30" X 8' Banquet tables
- 30" x 6' Banquet tables
- Upholstered chairs
Also included is the use of our sound system in whichever room may be under rental.
We do not allow open/uncovered candles, tape, tacks, or nails on any part of facility. 3M strips or other paint safe wall fixtures are permissible.
Due to City Ordinance. Placement of "captive balloons" anywhere on the exterior grounds of the Community House is not permitted. This includes any lighter-than-air balloon secured by a string or tether. Sanibel Ordinance #106-112, Section (8) prohibits captive balloons anywhere within the City of Sanibel.

The Great Hall
Our 3080 square foot Great Hall is 60' X 52' with a 12' wide raised stage at one end. The 13' high ceiling has dimmable light fixtures with grid system for additional decorating concepts. It also features a theatrical track light for the stage. Wall hangings can be fastened to add flavor and spark!
Newly restored, it is equipped with some of the finest technology offered today, including Wifi, and a drop down screen with projector of course!
This lovely room holds 299 people and is ideal for a large party or meeting. Are some of your guests in another state, but would like to be present? Set up can accommodate "Go To Meeting" and more!

The Community Room
Our 1190 square foot Community Room has undergone a historic renovation. This room is ideal for business presentations or club speakers, and a mobile screen is available. The acoustical door opens up, joining this room with The Founder's Room or Great Hall for larger events; including chef demonstrations and more.
The Founder's Room
The Founder's Room, or front room, is the original Community House built in 1927. The recent restoration has returned this portion of our facility to more of its original look. Technology abounds in this area as well! The two fireplaces, although not functional, are perfect for adding charm to any event. The historic Founder's Room is approximately 1480 square feet. When the acoustical door opens up to join this room with the Community Room the accommodations are large enough for 100 people to sit down for dinner. Plus enough room for a small band and dancing!
