DESCRIPTION:  \nThe Sanibel Captiva Trust Company will continue its Wisdom of Women (WOW) series with a March seminar covering investment\, financial and estate planning. \nThe presentation will touch on the basics of investing\, financial planning to include retirement\, long term care\, caregiving\, creditor protection\, titling of trusts\, inheritance\, estate tax and more. \nCase studies will be shared on the following scenarios that commonly impact women of any age: \n• Suddenly single – whether through divorce\, incapacity or death of a spouse\n• Cash windfall – whether from the sale of a business or other significant asset\, or an inheritance\n• Midlife planning – how to make sure you have enough money to live on\, what are your goals\, how best to establish a legacy for family \n \nThe seminar will be led by female members of the Trust Company team\, including Bell Tower office President Megan Marquardt\, CFP®\, CTFA. \n“Questions we hear most often are ‘Do I have enough money to support my lifestyle in retirement and what happens financially if I find myself alone?’\,” said Marquardt. “We hope our attendees leave with questions answered and resources for them to navigate their situation.” \nThe event begins at 9:30 a.m. with continental breakfast and the program at 10 a.m. \nReservations for the seminar are required. $2 million in investable assets and higher. DESCRIPTION:Copied from the Sanibel FlyFishers website: \nOur March Club Meeting will be in the form of the F3T Film Festival\, now something of a club tradition. The F3T is a collection of short fly fishing films\, both salt and fresh water\, typically featuring adventurous characters in beautiful settings\, captured with outstanding cinematography. \nPast attendees have enjoyed the program immensely. As we approach F3T we will also be starting our Annual Fundraising Auction and Raffle featuring an outstanding collection of fishing related art work\, experiences and equipment. You’ll be able to view items and bid or buy raffles on-line. \nTickets will be $20 for members and $30 for non-members and will include a light supper\, soft drinks and popcorn. Please purchase your tickets in advance at so that we have an accurate count for food and attendance.
