SUMMARY:Naturopathic Lecture Series - Gut Health
DESCRIPTION:  \nLearn from Naturopathic Doctor\, Paula Johnson\, as she teaches the importance of digestive health\, wellness\, and balance. \nPaula holds a bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from Western Michigan University and had worked as a therapist with children for over 35 years. Her passion for health and wellness led her to further her studies as a Naturopathic Doctor from Trinity College of Natural Health because of the growing epidemic of children with autism\, allergies\, ADHD\, and other health related issues. \nPaula believes healing comes from the inside out. “It’s as simple as eating healthy foods\, taking care of the body emotionally\, physically\, and mentally\, then the body will perform optimally and heal itself.” \nBalance is the root of her philosophy\, with digestive health being the “hub of the body” in which every health issue stems from. Paula specializes in digestive issues\, hormonal balance\, food sensitivities\, and children’s issues. She has a naturopathic business\, in which she conducts consultations along with speaking in the community regarding health and wellness. \n• Non Members\, click here to register.\n• Members\, please call us at 239-472-2155 before purchasing your tickets to receive your DISCOUNT CODE!\n• Not a member yet? SUMMARY:Sanibel Captiva Audubon Society Mini-Lecture Series
DESCRIPTION:  \nThe Sanibel-Captiva Audubon Society will present three lectures for the 2025 season. \nThe first one will take place on Monday\, Jan. 13 at 6 p.m. at The Community House\, at 2173 Periwinkle Way\, Sanibel. His research includes water quality\, harmful algae blooms\, and the effects of seagrass and oyster reef communities.
