SUMMARY:Sanibel Captiva Business Women's Association Open House
DESCRIPTION:SCBWA invites women of Sanibel and Captiva community to join them for an evening of networking and socializing. Each year\, SCBWA gathers to show member appreciation and welcome new prospective members. The evening will include food\, refreshments and an opportunity to win door prizes. Members are encouraged to bring a non-member friend. A special thank you to our event sponsors\, Custom Goods Unlimited and MHK Architecture \nIn previous years\, the annual open house has brought more than 50 women from the community for a fun evening of fellowship. In three years\, SCBWA has grown to a group of more than 60 active members. \nSCBWA is dedicated to empowering and supporting the women who work and live on the islands through networking\, mentorship\, continuing education and career advancement. \nSCBWA aims to serve the community by offering an inclusive\, supportive and diverse group of women supporting women. Its focus is the advancement of women’s career development targeted to workers\, aspiring workers and residents of Sanibel and Captiva. \nThe group meets every third Tuesday of the month at various businesses and restaurants at noon.
