Her passion for health and wellness led her to further her studies as a Naturopathic Doctor from Trinity College of Natural Health because of the growing epidemic of children with autism\, allergies\, ADHD\, and other health related issues. \nPaula believes healing comes from the inside out. “It’s as simple as eating healthy foods\, taking care of the body emotionally\, physically\, and mentally\, then the body will perform optimally and heal itself.” \nBalance is the root of her philosophy\, with digestive health being the “hub of the body” in which every health issue stems from. Paula specializes in digestive issues\, hormonal balance\, food sensitivities\, and children’s issues.
