As the owner of Inspired Dot Artistry\, she teaches mandala dot painting classes both off-site and on-site in her Fort Myers studio. In her words\, “painting mandalas brings me joy\, peace\, focus\, and a sense of calm. It is the perfect blend of organization and creativity.” Her greatest satisfaction comes from sharing this ancient art form with her students. “Nothing makes me happier than watching my students become increasingly skilled\, passionate\, and self-confident in the work they create.” \nAbout Mandalas and Dot Painting: \nA mandala is a circular design that has repeating colors\, shapes\, and patterns that radiate from the center. A geometric symbol\, mandalas are traditionally used in everything from religious ceremonies to meditation practices. Today\, we see them in home decor\, printed on clothing\, and in tattoo art. Mandalas also appear in nature in the form of snowflakes\, flowers\, and seashells. \nDot painting has a deep\, rich history that spans thousands of years and multiple cultures. From ancient cave walls to intricate mandalas\, the simple act of placing dots has carried deep meaning\, spiritual power\, and artistic beauty across generations. \n  \n
