Jeff Samson has owned and operated restaurants since 1993, and he has also been a food consultant and educator. He brings a lot of passion and love of food into his restaurant, Malia Mediterranean Bistro. His recipe for success is to provide simple, flavorful food made with the freshest possible ingredients. He works directly with farmers, foragers and fishermen to bring fresh, quality sustainable food to the table.
