Yoga
Vinyasa (10am-11am)
Build heat, flexibility & strength. Encourage flexibility of the spine Release muscular tension, improve digestion/elimination, open the heart  & maximize O2 in every cell! Set your own pace- Find your own balance between effort, awareness and breath. Variations & modifications given.  Hands-On adjustments available.
Chi Yoga (11:15am-12:15pm)
Melt  pain & stress with ease, simplicity & grace in Dr. Susan’s signature class. This GENTLE healing system skillfully implements holistic wellness techniques, yoga, & breathing enabling everyone to return to a state of calm. You will truly Release, Relax and Reduce pain. Each class is customized for the those in attendance. Improve balance, posture, increase mobility & range of motion, harmonize and increase the flow of your life force energy (Chi/Prana). Appropriate for both beginner & advanced Yogis as this class compliments the more strenuous yoga practices. *Students with physical limitations, illness or other special challenges benefit greatly from this class.

Bio
Dr. Susan Pataky (Sanibel Yoga) has been teaching yoga on Sanibel & Captiva for 15yrs and throughout the Northeast since 1979. She has a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine (N.D.) and is a member of the IAYT(International Association of Yoga Therapists). Her yoga studio was located on Palm Ridge Rd. SCA Classes are held Tuesday’s and Thursday’s 10am & 11:15am.
