Professional Cake Skill Artistry for the Home Chef
Hands on Class limited to 12 Students, Mon April 24 10:00-12:30 $95
Designed for those who enjoy baking cakes. Learn about different cake types and the techniques and tools that create perfect butter and sponge layers. Icings and fillings such as buttercream and fondant are explored. Students will build layer cakes with a professional finish, mastering even layers, smooth icing, and piping easy borders and flowers. Other unique ways to decorate and personal recipes of the instructor, cake artist and pastry chef Cara Larocca Albertelli, will be featured.
