With the advent of the first cooking class events in the Community House’s newly renovated kitchen, attendees have noticed a huge difference. Instead of only demonstration classes where attendees watch the chef prepare food, hands-on cooking classes are another thing entirely. This specific class, led by Chef Loretta Pagini had 17 attendees creating Italian specialties together and then feasting on their creations. With Community House Resident Chef Jared Harris backing up the three hour class, everyone had smiles at the results and were signing up for her next class to be held in early March. Check it out here!
